This is my Story

I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend, entrepreneur, business owner, coach, and therapist. These didn’t all happen at once, and that is one point I emphasize with my clients — it takes time, some dreaming, a lot of exploring, and taking chances with the right support.

My personal journey down my career path has given me first-hand experience with what I envision for the women I coach: empowered, strategic, and supported chances taken on ourselves as women. It’s been a thrill!

Many of us have experienced feeling not enough, or feeling like we have to compromise family and relationships to have a career. Many of us have experienced trauma, either individually or collectively, that holds us back and tells us that we can’t do it or we’re not worth it. I’m here to walk with you on a journey that I have walked myself - toward empowered and integrated wholeness in your life, in ALL your roles.

It is my belief that our communities flourish when our women are whole and healthy, so let’s join to create a greater good for everyone.
