Meah is a lover of tea and nature and most enjoys sitting on her porch or around a fire with friends. Occasionally you can find her fulfilling a lifelong dream of driving a tractor around the family property.
She’s an INFJ and an Enneagram 4 and can talk about those things ad nauseum with anyone who shares her affinity for personality profiles.
She’s also a wife and mother who is passionate about women living lives that overflow with life, abundance, and health to their families, businesses, and communities.
Meah expresses this passion as a life coach working with women to overcome anxiety, exhaustion, and burnout. In her coaching she integrates nervous system regulation, spirituality, and healthy relationship strategies to bring peace, energy, and connection to their life and work. Since 2022, she has enjoyed coaching women who want a dynamic shift in their lives.
Her experience also includes over 15 years working as a mental health counselor, beginning in the agency world and moving into the private practice she launched in 2015.
She and her husband completed a retreat house in 2024 on property in Tennessee where they offer individual and couples' retreats for growth and healing, and a reset from the incessant busyness of life.
Meah launched a podcast, Experiencing God with Meah Arakaki, mostly "accidentally" in late 2024, that includes conversations, practices, and guided experiences to facilitate awareness of, and relationship with God.
