Honeycomb Retreats

Time & Space to Cultivate Thriving

Our vision for this space is that it be a hub of transformation and life for others to experience and then take back into their families, their businesses, and their communities.

We believe that the more peace, rest, clarity, renewal, and depth you are able to experience, the more your life, the lives of others, and the world will benefit.

Daily, regular work is a necessary part of growth in life and business, but taking time to get away from and out of the normal situations, to-do’s, stressors, and relationships is profoundly impactful for long-term progress and thriving.

Through a variety of designs, Honeycomb has created space to retreat from the norm, gain a deep and lasting “breath”, and re-enter your life and work refreshed and re-invigorated for what’s next.

Our Retreat Types (listed here) aim to touch on several major categories that apply across any industry. Explore each one to see what feels like a fit for your next moment of life-giving pause—and feel free to ask questions to gain better insight. We are here to help!

  • Decreasing our use of phones and screens can be extremely difficult given the amount of dopamine they give us each time we use them which creates an actual addiction. This addiction feeds a fight or flight response in our nervous system. Often it takes periodic intentional periods of being screen free in order to maintain a healthy relationship with the technology in our lives that is helpful and useful.

Intentional focus on being screen free in a setting where devices are not accessible (we discuss what kind of access works for you!).

Natural setting where outdoor walking, biking, and access to nature can increase your ability to reset your nervous system.

Daily coaching sessions to address digital detox symptoms and to create a plan for reintegration in your particular world of work and life.

Daily nervous system regulation practices that help your body move from fight or flight to a centered and calm experience.

  • Time to take a deep dive into a topic/issue that needs focused time to work through or develop. This could be a business idea, a sticking point in your business, or it could be taking time with your sense of purpose and meaningfulness, and vision in your work.

Daily coaching sessions that are tailored to your specific topic/issue that help to guide and maximize your time during the retreat.

    Daily nervous system regulation exercises.

Clarity and vision come when you remove distractions and are able to be present with your thoughts, dreams, and desires.

  • Quiet space in nature to bring focus, clarity and inspiration to your writing.

Optional daily coaching sessions to overcome motivational challenges and writer’s block.

  • I like to describe spiritual direction as “Couples therapy for you and God.” Specific time to pause, reflect, engage and experience God. For people who want to go deeper in their relational experience with God, or for people who have complicated and/or conflicted relationships with God to engage God in those.

  • For those who need space to work through difficult emotions or painful memories to find transformation.

    Daily nervous system regulation exercises.

Daily or twice daily coaching sessions.

  • For those who want to have space to conduct their own personal retreat.

“The landscape naturally draws you into introspection.”
